Visiting Lecturers

AIMS recruits outstanding international lecturers and local academics who are considered to be experts in their field to teach intensive 3 week long courses.  International lecturers are encouraged to teach jointly with South African lecturers. AIMS calls for course proposals each year and interested lecturers who have registered on to the AIMS database can respond to the call. Lecturers are advised to foster high levels of student participation and interaction and many work well into the evenings to help deepen the students' understanding of the topic.
